That things are often too complicated to understand fully but that that is no excuse for not at least making an effort.
That it is possible to be extremely tolerant and understanding but completely lacking in patience.
That people who do not like their jobs will hate them more in Spring.
(I’ve been inadvertently conducting an experiment on this subject…)
That for several women I know, more people (particularly men) have been surprised by their insecurity and vulnerability than have ever been surprised by their strength.
That it is not stupid to pray for rain in a time of drought.
That sweet tea is no replacement for chocolate.
That things which grow differently and into shapes we don’t expect can still be beautiful, can still be sweet.

“That people who do not like their jobs will hate them more in Spring” – you reading my mind?

We grow strawberries. Sadly, we rarely get to eat them as our dog tends to fine them plant ripe before we do.
